JS 2026 – Guidelines

Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed one page, including references as well as any figures and tables. Abstracts must be prepared in Arial font, size 10, single-spaced, and fully justified.

Oral Presentations

The time allocated for oral presentations (in English), including questions, is indicated below. Session chairs will ensure that the schedule is respected:

  • 60 min (45 + 15) for plenary lectures
  • 30 min (25 + 5) for the CenTRA PhD Thesis Award
  • 20 min (15 + 5) for other presentations

Speakers are kindly requested to upload their presentation to the (Windows) computer available in the lecture hall. PPT, PPTX, and PDF formats are accepted for oral presentations. Speakers are advised to verify that their presentation runs properly on the computer provided by the organizers.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in English, in A0 format, and in portrait orientation. Authors are advised to ensure that their posters are readable from a distance of 1 to 2 meters. Mounting materials will be provided during the conference.
